Supporting Pastors and Clergy
The Ministerial Department of the Southwest Region Conference exists to support, nurture, and develop pastors and their families as they carry out the sacred work of ministry. We recognize that strong pastoral leadership is essential to healthy, growing churches, and we are committed to providing the resources and encouragement our pastors need.
Our department coordinates continuing education opportunities, pastoral retreats, ordination preparation, and mentoring programs for both experienced and newly credentialed ministers. We also provide resources for pastoral care, sermon preparation, and church administration.
Through regular communication, professional development, and a supportive network of colleagues, the Ministerial Department ensures that our pastors are equipped to lead with excellence, preach with power, and shepherd their congregations with compassion.
