The Church Ministries Department serves as a vital link between the Southwest Region Conference and our local congregations. We are committed to equipping church leaders and members with the tools, training, and resources needed to build vibrant, thriving churches across our territory.
Our department coordinates leadership training seminars, church growth initiatives, stewardship programs, and provides consultation to churches seeking to strengthen their ministries. We work closely with pastors, elders, deacons, deaconesses, and other church officers to ensure that every congregation has the support it needs to fulfill its mission.
Through strategic planning and collaborative partnerships, Church Ministries fosters unity and purpose among our churches, helping each congregation to reach its full potential for ministry and outreach in their communities.
