About Philip Palmer
Philip Palmer serves as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Southwest Region Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. With decades of financial leadership experience in the Adventist church, Elder Palmer provides expert stewardship of the conference's financial resources.

Career & Service
Prior to his appointment at the Southwest Region Conference, Elder Palmer served for 16 years at the South Central Conference, where he gained extensive experience in denominational financial management, budgeting, and organizational administration.
Elder Palmer has served as Treasurer and CFO of the Southwest Region Conference since 2015. In this role, he oversees all financial operations of the conference, including tithe processing, budgeting, payroll, risk management, and financial reporting for more than 100 churches across five states.
Under his financial leadership, the conference has maintained strong fiscal health, supporting the mission of the church while ensuring responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to the organization by its members.
